• Shipping label processing, sorting, splitting, and arrangement
• Manifest and order summary generation
• Profit and loss calculation based on user-uploaded reports
• Inventory management and bulk inventory synchronization
• Data formatting and reporting assistance

Cropsort acts solely as an automated processing and assistance tool. Cropsort does not make operational, financial, or business decisions on behalf of users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• All information provided is accurate and truthful

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Inventory files

4.3 Temporary Files

Certain temporary files may be stored for:

• Bug fixing
• Calculation correction

Such files are automatically deleted within 30 days.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy and Financial Disclaimer

Cropsort provides profit, loss, and operational reports based solely on data uploaded by users.

You acknowledge and agree:

• Cropsort provides estimates and assistance only
• Profit and loss calculations may not reflect actual financial outcomes
• Actual profitability depends on additional factors beyond Cropsort’s control
• Users remain fully responsible for all financial, shipping, and business decisions

Cropsort shall not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial, operational, or business decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
